As aerial experts, we know that stability is key – especially at the beginning of your journey. Aerial Silks MAG (2024 version) is a Low Stretch fabric. What does this mean for you? The silk does not "bounce" while climbing. This means you don't waste energy fighting the fabric, making it the best choice for learning to climb and for precise performances at high altitudes.

Important Update: From 2024, we introduced a new production technology! MAG is no longer "thick and meaty." It is now thinner, easier to handle, and offers a grip similar to the iconic Firetoys Prodigy silks. It is a modern standard that ensures safety, non-slip properties, and incredible comfort.

📐 How to Choose the Silk Length?

The silk is folded in half. For safe and effective training, we need extra fabric on the floor ("tail").

Formula: Room Height *2 + 1 meter of slack (minimum).

• Height 4.5 m ➡️ Choose 10 m Silk

• Height 5.5 m ➡️ Choose 12 m Silk

• Height 6.5 m ➡️ Choose 14 m Silk

• Height 7.5 m ➡️ Choose 16 m Silk

Why do we need fabric lying on the floor?

It makes it easier to practice, learn figures, and wraps.

Remember!

If you have too much fabric, it doesn't hinder training; in fact, it helps.

If you have too little fabric, there is no way to extend it.

Why do we calculate the aerial silks length this way?

The silk is a fabric folded in half, so if it is to reach from the ceiling to the floor, we multiply the room height by 2.

During exercises, it is good if some material lies on the floor, so we add 1m of material in our calculation.

If there is no material on the floor, it is harder to practice various wraps and knots.

If your calculation results in 10.5 m, choose the 12 m Silk. Too much material on the floor is not a problem, but if there is too little, it cannot be extended.

🔒 Safety and Parameters

• Material: Width 150 cm, 100% polyester. Practically no longitudinal stretch, slight widthwise stretch (cocoon effect).

• Strength: WLL: 223 kg, BLL: 15,6 kN. Certified PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07.

• Rigging Requirements: Your hook must withstand 3 times the weight (static) or 12 times the weight (dynamic).

🧼 Maintenance

• Wash at 40°C (without metal hardware!).

• Store in a dry place.

• Warranty: 1 year.

Practice without jewelry and sharp objects. Check the fabric condition before every training session.

MAG - Voltige - Prodigy?

What is the difference?

Mag is wider than Unicycle but not so wide as Prodigy. Has the elasticity 4 - 6%.

For example: Unicycle fabric is 8 - 11% stretchy Prodigy fabric is 9 - 14 % stretchy.
