MISTY Silks represent a new generation of aerial fabric. It combines the best features of acrobatic materials: stability, width, and luxurious softness. MISTY fabric is made of Polyamide (Nylon) – making it thin, mist-light, and its 215 cm width stretches up to 300 cm! This massive width allows for incredibly comfortable foot locks and a spectacular visual effect in the air. As a Low Stretch silk, it guarantees stability, which is crucial for precision and climbing safety. It is also very good for dynamic techniques involving catching/releasing the fabric.

📐 How to Choose the Silk Length?

Silks are always folded in half. For safe and effective training, you need material slack on the floor.

Formula: Room Height *2 = 1 meter of slack (minimum).

🔒 Safety and Specifications

• Material: 100% Polyamide (Nylon), produced in Poland.

• Rigging: The ceiling hook must withstand 3 times the user's weight (static) or 12 times the user's weight (dynamic).

🧼 Care for the Delicate Mist

• Wash at 40C (synthetics program), without hardware.

• ATTENTION! Due to the delicate structure, always remove jewelry, watches, and belts before entering the silks to avoid snags.

Why do we need fabric lying on the floor?

It makes it easier to practice, learn figures, and wraps.

Important! If you have too much material, it doesn't hinder training; in fact, it helps. If you have too little material, there is no way to extend it.

Why do we calculate the aerial silks length this way?

The silk is a fabric folded in half, so if it is to reach from the ceiling to the floor, we multiply the room height by 2. During exercises, it is good if some material lies on the floor, so we add 1m of material in our calculation. If there is no material on the floor, it is harder to practice various wraps and knots. If your calculation results in 10.5 m, choose the 12 m Silk length. Too much material on the floor is not a problem, but if there is too little, it cannot be extended.

• When rigging, be careful not to damage the material with the carabiner.

• Before each use, check the material for holes or snags.

• Silks with serious damage are not suitable for use.

• Practice without shoes, belts, protruding jewelry, and other sharp objects.
