As a coach, I know perfectly well how frustrating it can be to constantly untie and retie knots when adults and children use the hammock alternately. This set is a revolution for home training! We have equipped the classic, beloved JUST fabric with special straps (loops) that act like an "elevator."

🚀 What makes this set unique? (Smart Feature)

• Quick Adjustment: Changing the height takes a few seconds. You don't have to take the hammock off the ceiling or struggle with tight knots.

📐 How to Choose the Hammock Length?

Expert Note: In this model, the knots are small, so we use less fabric. Therefore, we select shorter hammocks than in standard versions:

• Ceiling Height 2.2 m – 2.5 m ➡️ Choose 4 m Hammock

• Ceiling Height 2.6 m – 3.0 m ➡️ Choose 5 m Hammock

• Ceiling Height 3.1 m – 4.5 m ➡️ Choose 6 m Hammock

• Ceiling Height 4.6 m and higher ➡️ Choose 7 m Hammock

What is working length? It is the part of the material where you actually exercise. The longer the hammock, the more possibilities to perform standing figures.

🤔 Why do we calculate the set length this way?

Very little material is used for the "knots" we use in these Sets, so we can adopt a simple calculation:

• A set with 4 m of material will have a working length of 2 m in the longest version.

• A set with 5 m of material will have a working length of 2.5 m in the longest version.

• Etc.

What is working length?

It is the length of the hammock in which you can stand, sit, or lie down.

The greater the working length, the more standing figures you can perform on the hammock.

The smaller the working length, the more difficult and less comfortable it will be to perform standing positions on the hammock.

🔒 Safety and Parameters

• Material: WLL: 216 kg, BLL: 15.1 kN. Certificate: Material compliant with standard PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07.

• 2 Steel Carabiners 22kN (Gold – certified).

• 2 Loops 31 cm: Certificate: CE 1019, EN 566, BLL: 22kN.

Rigging Requirements: Your ceiling hook must withstand 3-times the body weight (static) or 12-times the body weight (dynamic).

🧼 Maintenance

• Wash at 40°C (remove slings and carabiners).

• Untie the knots on the material before washing.

• Warranty: 1 year.

Important Tips:

• When rigging, be careful not to damage the material with the carabiner.

• Before each use, check the material for holes or snags.

• A hammock with serious damage is not safe to use.

• Practice without shoes, belts, protruding jewelry, or other sharp objects.

What can you do on it?

• Standing, sitting, lying, and inverted positions.

How to change the height of the hammock? 

Just slide the tapes over the fabric. 

Before shipping the straps are set at the lowest height of the hammock - the hammock hangs the lowest above the ground. 

If you want to raise the hammock height slide the webbing down over the fabric. 

This way you will lift the hammock up. 

If you want to lower the hammock slide the tape across the fabric towards the ends (knots).

At first the hammock is stretched lengthwise. Why?

Thanks to this it absorbs "falls" and dynamic techniques (flips flips ...). What is it stretching for? So that it hurts less - thanks to its elasticity after the "fall" the hammock absorbs  flight energy. This may seem strange at first. Over time the hammock will stretch and will not be as flexible anymore.

The hammock also stretches  longwide - all people up to 160 cm tall will easily lie down on their backs or stomachs hidden in a cocoon from head to toe.

Our silks differ from the Voltige ones - Just is more stretchy more wide and not so thin.
