The AIR Set combines our best fabric for yoga and exercise—AIR (an impressive 215 cm width!)—with an innovative strap system that acts like an "elevator." This allows you to change the suspension height in seconds without untying troublesome knots. It is the perfect solution when a child uses the equipment (for floor play) and an adult uses it (for yoga and inversions). The AIR material is the "golden mean"—it doesn't dig into the body, is pleasant to the touch, and allows for full relaxation in a lying position with extended limbs.

🚀 What does height change give you? (Training Game-Changer)

Thanks to the straps, you can adjust the height to the centimeter. See how this transforms your training:

• Floor Level (Low): Ideal for stretching and relaxation. For kids, it's a safe swing. Used in rehabilitation to work on the vestibular system and increase muscle tone (the child lies on their stomach and pushes off the floor).

• Knee Level (Medium): Great for preschoolers—a safe height for swinging and calming down in the "cocoon." For adults—strengthening and lighter versions of exercises.

• Navel Level (High): Standard for adult exercises. Allows for full inverted positions (inversions), acrobatics, and dynamic techniques.

• AIR Material: width 215 cm, stretches in width up to 300 cm, does NOT stretch in length (selected length).

📐 How to Choose the Hammock Length? (Special Sizing!)

Expert Note: Thanks to the strap system, the knots are smaller and use less fabric. Therefore, we choose shorter hammocks than in standard versions:

• Ceiling Height 2.2 m – 2.5 m ➡️ Choose AIR Set 4 m

• Ceiling Height 2.6 m – 3.0 m ➡️ Choose AIR Set 5 m

• Ceiling Height 3.1 m – 4.5 m ➡️ Choose AIR Set 6 m

• Ceiling Height 4.6 m and higher ➡️ Choose AIR Set 7 m

What is working length? It is the length of the material where you actually exercise (sit/lie). The longer the hammock, the more space you have for standing figures.

Why do we calculate the set length this way?

Very little material is used for the "knots" we use in these Sets, so we can adopt a simple calculation:

• A set with 4 m of material will have a working length of 2 m in the longest version.

• A set with 5 m of material will have a working length of 2.5 m in the longest version.

• Etc.

🔒 Safety and Parameters

• AIR Material: Polish product, certified (PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07). Does not stretch lengthwise (stability), works slightly widthwise.

• System Strength: Straps and carabiners are certified to 22kN.

• Rigging: The ceiling hook must withstand 3-times (static) or 12-times (dynamic) the body weight.

• Versatility: You can hang it on 2 points (recommended, 60 cm spacing) or on 1 point.

🧼 Maintenance

• Wash at 40°C (without carabiners and straps).

• You must untie the knots before washing.

• Warranty: 1 year.

How to change the height of the hammock? 

Just slide the tapes over the fabric. 

Before shipping the straps are set at the lowest height of the hammock - the hammock hangs the lowest above the ground. 

If you want to raise the hammock height slide the webbing down over the fabric. 

This way you will lift the hammock up. 

If you want to lower the hammock slide the tape across the fabric towards the ends (knots).
