🚀 Why NATURA Smart Hammock? (Comfort & Function)

• Cotton-Touch: Special polyester fiber that feels like soft cotton to the touch. It is non-slip, warm, and pleasant. Perfect for relaxation in a "cocoon" and sound baths.

The set includes 2 carabiners (22kN), which means the hammock will hang on 2 points.

Optimal distance between rigging points is 60 cm (between 50 and 70 cm max).

The hammock can also be hung on 1 point - the carabiners are "small" enough to fit on a single hook.

📐 How to Choose the Hammock Length? (Special Sizing!)

Expert Tip: In the strap system, we don't use up fabric on large knots. Therefore, we choose shorter hammocks than in traditionally knotted versions:

• Ceiling Height 2.2 m – 2.5 m ➡️ Choose NATURA Set 4 m

• Ceiling Height 2.6 m – 3.0 m ➡️ Choose NATURA Set 5 m

• Ceiling Height 3.1 m – 4.5 m ➡️ Choose NATURA Set 6 m

• Ceiling Height 4.6 m and higher ➡️ Choose NATURA Set 7 m

What is working length? It is the length of the material where you actually exercise. The longer the hammock, the more space you have for standing figures.

Why do we calculate the set length this way? Very little material is used for the "knots" we use in these Sets, so we can adopt a simple calculation:

• A set with 4 m of material will have a working length of 2 m in the longest version.

• A set with 5 m of material will have a working length of 2.5 m in the longest version.

• Etc.

What is working length? It is the length of the hammock in which you can stand, sit, or lie down. The greater the working length, the more standing figures you can perform on the hammock. The smaller the working length, the more difficult and less comfortable it will be to perform standing positions on the hammock.

🔒 Safety and Parameters

• Material: Width 205 cm, stretches in length and width, 100% Polyester.

• Strength certified compliant with PN-EN ISO 13934-1:2013-07. OEKO-TEX certified.

• Fabric Behavior: Note! NATURA fabric stretches lengthwise at the beginning of use. This is a natural process – after a few sessions, the fibers will "settle," and the hammock will stabilize its length.

• Rigging: The ceiling hook must withstand 3 times (static) or 12 times (dynamic) the body weight.

• Versatility: You can hang it on 2 points (recommended, 60 cm spacing) or on 1 point.

🧼 Maintenance

• Wash at 40°C (without carabiners and straps).

• You must untie the knots before washing.

• Warranty: 1 year.

How to change the height? Simply slide the straps along the fabric! It's a knot-free system that works quickly and smoothly.

What does height change give you?

• Low (Floor): Stretching, rehabilitation, swing for toddlers.

• Medium (Knees): Strengthening, relaxation, safe height for preschoolers.

• High (Navel): Acrobatics, inversions, dynamic techniques.

Important Tips:

• When rigging, be careful not to damage the material with the carabiner.
