We created a material that feels like soft cotton to the touch but retains the strength parameters of professional acrobatic equipment. It is the perfect choice for meditation, relaxation, "sound baths," and gentle aerial yoga practice.

📐 How to Choose the Hammock Length?

It’s simple! Measure your ceiling height and match it to the guide below:

• Ceiling Height 2.2 m – 2.5 m ➡️ Choose 5 m Hammock

• Ceiling Height 2.6 m – 3.0 m ➡️ Choose 6 m Hammock

• Ceiling Height 3.1 m – 4.5 m ➡️ Choose 7 m Hammock

Coach's Important Note: The NATURA hammock is "alive" at the beginning of use – it will stretch longitudinally under body weight. This is a natural process that stops after a period of regular practice.

Note on Children: This hammock is not suitable for small children (< 7 years old). It is quite "meaty" (thick) and difficult for small hands to grip fully.

🔒 Safety and Care

Rigging: Remember, your ceiling is your foundation. The suspension point should withstand:

• 3 times the user's weight (static exercises/relaxation).

• 12 times the user's weight (dynamic exercises).

Maintenance: Wash at 40°C (remove carabiners!).

Important: You must untie the knots before washing to clean the fabric thoroughly and inspect its condition.

Warranty: 1 year.

• When unfolding/rigging the hammock, be careful with the carabiner so as not to damage the fabric.

• Before each use, check the material for holes or snags.

• A hammock with serious damage is not safe to use.
