As experts with over 10 years of experience, we proudly present the AIR hammock in the two-point rigging version. This is professional equipment created in response to our students' needs: it is the "golden mean" between slippery hammocks from the East and the cotton-touch Natura.

Thanks to two carabiners, this hammock creates a stable "swing" (U-shape). This setup is ideal for aerial yoga because it doesn't squeeze the body, allows for opening the chest, and provides plenty of space for acrobatics. The impressive width of 215 cm (stretches to 300 cm!) ensures you can comfortably lie in a relaxation position (Savasana) with arms and legs fully extended – perfect for both you and your child. The material is soft, slightly shiny, and does not stretch lengthwise, ensuring exercise precision.

📐 How to Choose the Hammock Length?

Key rule: We need approx. 1.5 m of material for one knot. Therefore, the hammock must be significantly longer than the room height to hang at hip level.

• Height 2.2 m – 2.5 m (Apartment, door frame, stand) ➡️ 5 m Hammock

• Height 2.6 m – 3.0 m (House, high ceilings) ➡️ 6 m Hammock

• Height 3.0 m – 4.0 m (Loft, professional studio) ➡️ 7 m Hammock

  (For early school-age children, we recommend the longer option, e.g., 6 m – excess fabric can always be tied higher).

🆚 AIR, Natura, or Just? (Expert Advice)

• AIR: Best for dynamics, flow, and acrobatics. "Slippery" (eases movement), wide (comfortable relaxation). Does not dig into the body like cheap hammocks.

• Natura: Best for statics, meditation, and relaxation. Cotton touch, non-slip, but "brakes" fast movements.

• Just: Narrower, perfect for children's hands and typical acrobatics, but less comfortable for adults to lie in fully.

🔒 Safety and Care

• Strength: Your ceiling hook must withstand 3-times your body weight (static) or 12-times your body weight (dynamic).

• Washing: 40°C (remove carabiners!). Knots must be untied before washing.

• Warranty: 1 year or 300 training hours.

• Color Note: The material interacts with light – the actual shade may differ slightly from the studio photo.

How was the AIR hammock created?

The hammock was created after 10 years of our experience with aerial yoga and is an answer to the needs of practitioners. Thanks to technical capabilities in Poland, we created a hammock that is "thicker" than products sent from the East, and more durable. It is an excellent choice between a hammock from the East and a hammock made of "natural" material.

Why?

Thin Eastern hammocks are slippery and dig into the body. (We tested both types). The AIR Hammock is a compromise between elasticity, thickness, and softness.

AIR, Natura, or Just?

There are people who prefer AIR, and others who prefer Natura. Both materials are good. In our opinion, Natura is better for static exercises, meditation, sound baths, and relaxation. AIR also allows for such activities, but it is more comfortable for dynamic exercises and flow exercises.

Just is narrower, so for adults, lying in a relaxation position will be less comfortable. Natura and Just stretch lengthwise; for beginners, this may be a difficulty, but over time the material will stretch and stay at the chosen height.

Important Tips:

• When rigging, be careful not to damage the material with the carabiner.

• Before each use, check the material for holes or snags.

• A hammock with serious damage is not safe to use.

• Practice without shoes, belts, protruding jewelry, or other sharp objects.
