The safety of the mounting is an elementary point. Please do not rig aerial prop on mountings for punching bag swing hooks or TRX hooks.

Mounting to a concrete surface using mechanical anchors.

Always consult an experienced professional to determine if the ceiling or beam to which you intend to attach your anchor point is durable.

4 holes should be made in the surface (according to the spacing of holes on the mounting).

hole diameter: 10 mm.

Place the anchors in the holes using a hammer.

Tighten the anchors with a (preferably torque) wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer (usually 30-40 Nm).
