Regulations of Grand Prix prizes and vouchers for participants of competitions and tournaments.

Grand Prix awards

Grand Prix prizes awarded during competitions or tournaments are awarded by the jury of the event.

The decision to whom the prize will be awarded is a subjective decision of the jury and cannot be changed.

In order to receive the prize, the competitor contacts us by e-mail: aerialsilks.eu@gmail.com

As an attachment to the message, the competitor sends a photo or scan of the voucher, and in the content information on which products he/she wants to exchange the voucher for as well as shipping details.

The value of the voucher is deducted from the list price of the products.

If the value of the product is higher than the value of the voucher, the winner covers the difference.

If the value of the product is lower than the value of the voucher, we will not refund the difference or issue another voucher for that amount.

Free delivery of products up to 30 euro.

Vouchers for participants of competitions and tournaments:

Voucher with % discount:

Depending on the agreement with the event organizer, participants may receive discount vouchers to be used in the aerialsilks.eu store. The amount of the voucher is agreed with the organizer of the event.

The percentage discount is deducted from the list price of the products.

Unless stated otherwise on the voucher, it covers all products.

We reserve the right to determine the maximum amount of the voucher.

Vouchers have an expiration date which is on the voucher.

Each voucher holder can use it once.

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.

Shopping voucher (amount discount):

Depending on the agreement with the event organizer, participants may receive discount vouchers to be used in the aerialsilks.eu store. The amount of the voucher is agreed with the organizer of the event.

The amount discount is calculated as follows:

The voucher for 10 EUR is activated when shopping for min. 10 EUR.

When shopping for 15 EUR you will receive a 5 EUR discount.

When shopping for PLN 20 EUR you will receive a discount of 10 EUR.

Similarly for vouchers:

20 EUR when shopping for min. 20 EUR

Unless stated otherwise on the voucher, it covers all products.

Each voucher holder can use it once.

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.

It is not possible to split the voucher.

I want to buy a product that is on a different promotion and I want to use a voucher, how do I do it?

Contact us by e-mail: aerialsilks.eu@gmail.com and write what you want to buy.

Attach a photo or scan of the voucher to the message. After calculating the final amount of the order, agreeing on the method of payment and shipping address, we can fulfill such an order placed by e-mail.

The cost of shipping is covered by the customer.
