Aerial Hoop Safety
The process of making the lyras may not be complicated, but there are many key elements and shortcomings in it, which significantly affect the quality and price of the final aerial hoop.
Key elements for a perfect lyra:
MATERIAL
Our aerial hoop are made from appropriate tubes with right diameter, wall thickness and type of steel. So what gives us an ideal tube? The quality of the outer surface, durability.
What it means for you? It gives you comfort and safety during training.
THE BENDING PROCESS
When the tube passes the quality control, it is bent by a bender. There our pipe begins to round and slowly begins to resemble a circle.
WELDING
Before welding, the wheel must be straightened so that it is not an "eight" in the frontal plane.
Then follows the process of connecting the bent tube
We weld the lyras with the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) technology, thanks to which we obtain a perfect “shell” weld with high strength, we melt the material of the handle and the wheel.
HANGING POINTS
Our Hanging point is laser cut, what's more, from 6mm thick sheet metal.
This grip has been specially designed, and its shape allows you to have 100% comfort during exercise.
PAINTING
Of course, before painting, each aerial hoop must be perfectly cleaned. Each lyra is manually checked and cleaned by us. Then the aerial hoops are painted with a special powder paint and baked in an oven to give the coating a perfect look and durability. We use a special type of powder paints -they provide your wheels with anti-corrosion protection for many years.
CERTIFICATION
Our aerial hoops are certified and meet all safety standards.
From each batch, at least 1 aerial hoop is broken on a ripper.
Thanks to special devices, their tonnage is checked (i.e. how much weight they will hold) and we can confidently boast of the result: min. 1200kg max. 5500 kg
SHIPPING
Each aerial hoop is packed with: foams, special cartons + tape
