Terms and Conditions for Grand Prix Awards and Vouchers for Competition and Tournament Participants

Grand Prix Awards

Grand Prix awards given during competitions or tournaments are presented by the event jury.

The decision about who receives the award is the subjective decision of the jury and cannot be changed.

To receive the award, the competitor must contact us via email: aerialsilks.eu@gmail.com

Attach a photo or scan of the voucher, and specify in the message which products You want to exchange the voucher for, along with shipping details.

The voucher value is deducted from the catalog price of the products.

If the product value is higher than the voucher value, the winner pays the difference.

If the product value is lower than the voucher value, we do not refund the difference or issue another voucher for this amount.

Product shipping is free up to 10 euro, over 10 euro is covered by voucher's holder.

 

Percentage Discount Voucher:

Depending on the agreement with the event organizer, participants may receive discount vouchers for use at aerialsilks.eu.

The voucher value is agreed upon with the event organizer.

The percentage discount is deducted from the catalog price of products. Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, it applies to all products.

We reserve the right to set a maximum voucher amount.

Vouchers have an expiration date, which is shown on the voucher. Each voucher holder can use it once. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

Shopping Voucher (Fixed Amount Discount):

Depending on the agreement with the event organizer, participants may receive discount vouchers for use at aerialsilks.eu.

The voucher value is agreed upon with the event organizer.

The fixed amount discount works as follows:

A 10 EUR voucher activates with purchases of min. 10 EUR

 

Unless otherwise stated on the voucher, it applies to all products. We reserve the right to set a maximum voucher amount.

Vouchers have an expiration date, which is shown on the voucher. Each voucher holder can use it once.

The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions.

Vouchers cannot be split.

 

I want to buy a product that's on sale and use a voucher, how can I do this?

Contact us via email: aerialsilks.eu@gmail.com and tell us what you want to buy. Attach a photo or scan of the voucher to your message.

After calculating the final order amount, agreeing on the payment method and shipping address, we can process such an order placed via email.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
