What do rotation techniques look like e.g. on a hammock?

The set includes:

Oval carabiner made of British steel At Height screwed on.

A very popular steel carabiner. It can be used with a full range of pulleys swivels and other climbing elements or aerial dance props.

Manufactured in Great Britain by the renowned At Height company it has an individual serial number.

Its relatively small size will allow us not to lose height when hanging a silk hammocks or aerial hoop.

What will this carabiner be used for?

Thanks to the swivel the rope or sling on which the equipment is suspended does not twist.

It allows free endless rotation.

Thanks to it we can perform spinning techniques - beautiful turns on a hoop or a silk. It will be just as pleasant to swing around on hammocks. Spinning techniques are not only about pleasure and spinning like on a carousel. The so-called rotary techniques spins require separate skills to perform them nicely and correctly - without a swivel you won't learn them properly.

Is a swivel necessary?

Yes if you want to perform rotational techniques (spins i.e. performing figures in rotations).

Yes if you already have the equipment and want to buy something else.

If you suffer from motion sickness dizziness or labyrinth problems definitely do not buy a swivel at the very beginning of your practice - it is better to get used to the dynamics and space on the prop first and then add the swivel.
