As aerial experts, we present the classic Aerial Hoop with 2 attachment points (double tab). This is the most common choice for learning, for duets, and for those seeking stability. The hoop is manufactured in Poland from a tube with a diameter of 2.69 cm (competition standard – the perfect compromise between a secure grip and hand comfort).

The hoop is powder-coated black, ensuring aesthetics and good grip. The tabs are widely spaced (70-75 degrees), which allows for performing figures inside the top part of the hoop without "squashing" your shoulders. We offer a 5-year warranty on the steel structure – we are confident in our quality!

🚀 Why a 2-Point Hoop?

• Stability: Two rigging points ensure the hoop does not spin around its axis as easily as a single-point hoop. This is the ideal environment for learning technique.

• Trapeze Style: Thanks to the two tabs, you can perform evolutions on the top bar similar to trapeze techniques, as well as safe rolls.

• Professional Standard: The 2.69 cm tube thickness complies with the requirements of most sports federations.

📏 How to Choose the Hoop Size? (Crucial!)

Our diameters (80-110 cm) are EXTERNAL dimensions.

Example: A 90 cm hoop has an outer diameter of 90 cm. Subtracting the tube thickness ($2 \times 2.7 \text{ cm}$), the internal (working) diameter is approx. 84.6 cm.

Measurement Method (Chair Test):

Sit up straight on a chair. Measure the distance from the seat to the top of your head and add approx. 10-12 cm. The result indicates the suggested hoop diameter.

Height Suggestion Table:

• Height < 145 cm ➡️ Hoop 80 cm

• Height 145 - 156 cm ➡️ Hoop 85 cm

• Height 156 - 162 cm ➡️ Hoop 90 cm

• Height 162 - 168 cm ➡️ Hoop 95 cm

• Height 168 - 174 cm ➡️ Hoop 100 cm

• Height 174 - 180 cm ➡️ Hoop 105 cm

• Height > 180 cm & Duos ➡️ Hoop 110 cm

Expert Tip:

• For Kids: Buy a hoop 5-10 cm larger than the table suggests. Kids grow fast, and it is easier to stretch on a larger hoop. A hoop that is too small forces unnatural bends, which is difficult for beginners.

• For Families: Choose the hoop based on the tallest person. A child will manage on a large hoop (can train in 2-3 people!); an adult will struggle and bruise on a small one.

Note: The hoop is sold "sauté" – the steel ring only. You can buy hardware in our accessories section.

To rig a double-tab hoop, you usually need:

2 carabiners (to clip into the tabs) + 2 straps/spansets (to the ceiling).
