Why is it worth having a belt and 2 carabiners as an aerial hoop accessory?
The extension belt is very useful because it allows you to quickly change the height of the wheel suspension. It can be used at home during training of various techniques or during classes in a school / dance studio to adjust the height to the height and skills of the person exercising.

The belt works well in rooms from 2.5 m high to 4.5 m high.

Installation:
Aerial hoop is extremely easy to install. In the case of a hoop with one handle the assembly sequence is as follows:
ceiling mount (buy it here)─ belt (tied on a tie holder) ─ carabiner ─ hoop

A second method of suspension is also possible:
handle to the ceiling ─ carabiner ─ belt (tied on a tie on the hoop next to the handle) ─ hoop

Add-on's

In order to increase the comfort of aerial training we recommend purchasing a swivel.

This device prevents twisting of the rope or belt during exercises on the aerial hoop. REMEMBER! If you intend to mount a swivel you must also use an additional CARBINIER.
