📏 How to Choose the Hoop Size?

Our diameters (80-110 cm) are EXTERNAL dimensions. The hoop is made of a 2.69 cm diameter tube (competition standard).

Measurement Method (Chair Test): Sit up straight on a chair. Measure the distance from the seat to the top of your head and add approx. 10-12 cm.

• For Kids: Add 5-10 cm extra (for growth).

• For Families: Choose the hoop based on the tallest person.
