The outer diameter of aerial hoop and what does it mean?

If the tube from which the wheel is made is about 2.7 cm then the 90 cm (outer) circle is 90- (2 * 2.7 cm) = 84.8 cm inner diameter.

Ok so in practice?

Select the  diameter according to your height (see the video below). For children choose aerial hoop  5-10 cm larger than it comes out from measurements. Why? Children grow fast aerial hoop can stays hundred of years so if at the beginning the hoop will be a little too big it is not a big problem. It is much more difficult when the hoop is too small and we do not have enough elasticity to be inside the hoop.

What if you want to exercise the whole family?

I will buy a wheel matched to your height. The children will grow up the parents will probably not. Remember also that you can train on the wheel for 2 or 3 people! The bigger the wheel the easier it is;)

To rig an aerial hoop You need at last 1 carabiner and loop / strap or sling or eyelet belt.

All these additional items can be found in the equipment.

 Sling or strap - what to choose?

Sling- you can rig an aerial hoop permanently at the selected height safely and it is an economical solution. The slings are thin - for some they may be painful and hurt the body

Velvet or black strop/strap -you can rig an aerial hoop permanently at the selected height.

The strap / strops are softer to the touch and do not hurt the body.

strap change height- thanks to it you can quickly change the height of the aerial hoop suspension. It is quite stiff it will "stick" into the body just like slings.

Add-on's

In order to increase the comfort of aerial training we recommend purchasing a swivel.

This device prevents twisting of the rope or belt during exercises on the aerial hoop. REMEMBER! If you intend to mount a swivel you must also use an additional CARBINIER.
